The Roar of Judah Foundation is committed to fostering a safe, respectful, and spiritually grounded environment across our website, programs, workshops, campus chapters, ambassador programs, live events, and online communities.

This Code of Conduct outlines expected behavior and establishes clear standards for participation.

By engaging with our content or programs, you agree to abide by this Code.


1. Core Expectations

Participants, volunteers, ambassadors, students, and visitors must:

Treat others with respect, dignity, and integrity.

Engage in dialogue that is honest, constructive, and rooted in truth.

Follow all instructions from staff, event organizers, and program leaders.

Promote a safe environment free of hostility, harassment, or intimidation.

Uphold the values of the Foundation: faith, truth, unity, education, and advocacy.


2. Prohibited Behavior

The following actions are strictly prohibited in all spaces affiliated with the Foundation:

A. Harassment & Abuse

Verbal threats or aggressive behavior

Hate speech, antisemitism, racism, or bigotry of any kind

Bullying or targeted harassment, in person or online

B. Disruptive Conduct

Interrupting speakers, events, or discussions

Spreading misinformation intentionally

Creating unsafe or hostile environments

C. Misuse of Foundation Platforms

Unauthorized recording of events or sessions

Commercial exploitation of Foundation content

Impersonation or misrepresentation of the organization

D. Inappropriate Online Behavior

Posting defamatory, inflammatory, or obscene material

Attacking individuals or groups within community spaces

Spamming or self-promotion unrelated to our mission


3. Ambassador & Campus Conduct

Participants in leadership roles (ambassadors, student chapter leaders, volunteers) must:

Represent the Foundation with integrity and accuracy

Uphold Torah values in speech and conduct

Avoid political partisanship while advocating for Jewish truth

Protect confidentiality of internal information

Report incidents, threats, or violations promptly

Leadership positions may be revoked at any time for violations.


4. Safety & Security

The Foundation prioritizes physical and digital safety. Participants must:

Follow on-site safety rules

Comply with campus or venue policies

Respect all security protocols

Report concerning behavior immediately

We reserve the right to remove any individual who poses a risk to themselves or others.


5. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this Code may result in:

Removal from events or programs

Suspension from digital communities

Termination of ambassador or volunteer roles

Bans from future participation

Reporting to authorities when required by law

All enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of the Foundation.


6. Media & Recording

Unless explicitly permitted:

Recording, streaming, or distributing our events is prohibited

Participants may not publish internal discussions without written consent

Content created by the Foundation may not be altered or redistributed without permission


7. Respectful Dialogue

We encourage strong conviction, but intolerant or abusive speech will not be accepted. Participants must engage with:

Honesty

Courage

Respect

Intellectual integrity

Torah-rooted values

Disagreement is allowed; disrespect is not.


8. Updates to This Code

The Foundation may revise this Code at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
